RK BUSINESS CENTER PROJECT
Following the conversion of the power station, the investor refurbished the building, turning it into a training and accommodation centre.
All the unnecessary building parts were removed and the walls were guinited with welded mesh and mortar without lime.
The space was reconfigured, all the plumbing was replaced, the stairwell and the roof being remodeled.
Stone wool was used to thermo-insulate the façade, which was then covered with grey and white folded metal sheets.
The finishes serve the new function of the building as a training and accommodation centre.
